@Kevin follow this way and disable comments on specific post and pages.
1) Open your target page or post and navigate your cursor to upper menu "Screen Options" now enable/check "Discussion" widget.
2) Secondly, scroll down until discussion widget not comes then uncheck "Allow Comments" option. That's all.
Now you have successfully disabled comment box on particular pages or post. You can enable again by check this option.
