Go to WordPress.org and download latest version of WordPress.
Open your hosting control panel and go to File Manager > Public HTML (Root Directory).
Now you can upload your WordPress zip file in your public html folder, I would recommend you, first create a folder with any name or with your website name like
KnowledgeIDea then upload WordPress zip file or your can extract WordPress package before uploading otherwise extract zip WordPress file inside your public html folder after you completed uploading, which folder you created.
Now it's time to install WordPress. Open your browser new tab and type your domain like
www.yourdomain.com then WordPress installation page will come, select your language from which you want to run your WordPress website then continue.
In this step, WordPress demand 4 crucial things, which are listed below.
- Database name
- Database username
- Database password
- Database host
Read the below topic for above 4 things, because without MYSQL database you cannot go ahead.
Now insert all important database details, which are essential or required.
After submit database info, now WordPress will try to connect it's setup with provided database. If connection will built among both setup and database then WordPress will request for Run installation.
