That's pretty simple, use of keyword on correct or prominent position is known as keyword prominence. Keyword placement should be on his correct position such as in <H1> <H2> tags, opening/starting paragraph in an article, with in Alt Tag for images SEO and maintain keyword density in the entire article... I recommend at least 1.5% keyword density according to the whole content of the article.
